We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2026 Wisconsin Conference Annual Meeting from April 10-11 at the Green Lake Conference Center. This yearly meeting draws 350+ ministers, lay leaders, church delegates, and visitors each year. The program consists of featured speakers, sessions to transact Conference business, worship and workshops with ample opportunities for connecting with people in congregations throughout Wisconsin.
This meeting is a tremendous opportunity for your company or organization to have a visible presence and showcase your product or service in front of an engaged audience. Past exhibits have included custom made clergy stoles, books, liturgical artwork, educational materials, jewelry, faith-based retirement communities, mission ministries and local church highlights.
Nearly 100% of our attendees visit the exhibit space, and most do so 2-3 times throughout the weekend. The meeting schedule provides ample time for attendees to peruse the exhibits during breaks, before and after meeting sessions and during the long meal breaks. In addition, we have specifically scheduled a Friday night reception and breaks on both days to take place in the Exhibit Hall.
Open Times
The Exhibit Hall will be open during the following times:
Friday, April 10: 11:00 am – 9:30 pm
Saturday, April 11: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Location
The Exhibit Hall is located in Staughton Hall, which is on the lower level of Pillsbury Hall at the Green Lake Conference Center (GLCC) in Green Lake, Wisconsin. Visit the GLCC website to view facility and exhibit space.
An 8-foot table will be provided for exhibitors, but tablecloths are not included and must be brought by the exhibitor.
Set-Up and Tear-Down
Please use the parking area adjacent to Pillsbury Hall only while unloading, then move your vehicle to the lot behind Kern Lodge or to the north of the Kraft Center. There is an elevator in Pillsbury Hall that can take you down to Staughton Hall, where the exhibit space is, or you may enter through the doors on the lake side of the building (slightly downhill). It is advisable to bring your own handcart if you have heavy items.
Set-Up Times:
Thursday, April 9: 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Friday, April 10: 8:00 am – 11:00 am
Tear-Down Time:
Saturday, April 11: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Shipping
Should you need to ship items, plan to have your packages arrive at the Green Lake Conference Center no earlier than 2-3 days prior to the event. Be sure to include your exhibitor name and mark your packages “Wisconsin UCC Annual Meeting, Staughton Hall”. Your items will be delivered to Staughton.
