Greet new and old friends at the Annual Meeting. You’re invited to volunteer a bit of time and connect with those attending this year’s Annual Meeting at the same time!
Registration Desk
Volunteers will work alongside Conference Staff to greet people as they arrive at the meeting. You will give attendees their name badges and any registration materials. Two-hour time slots are available on Friday, April 10, and Saturday, April 11 in Pillsbury. Sign up here
Hospitality
Volunteers will greet people as they arrive and direct them to the registration table, meeting rooms and other areas at the Green Lake Conference Center. Time slots are available on Friday, April 10, and Saturday, April 11 in the Kraft Centre and Pillsbury. Sign up here
Ushers
Volunteer ushers are needed in the main session room (Pillsbury Hall) during General Sessions on Friday, April 10, and Saturday, April 11. Ushers assist with seating attendees, answering questions, giving directions, and communion. If you volunteer to be an usher, we also ask that you attend a training session. Training session sign-up is included on the same form. Sign up here
Workshop Ushers
Volunteers will help direct attendees to the simultaneous workshops on Friday, April 10, at 2:45 p.m. and on Saturday, April 11, at 2:15 p.m. in Bauer. Sign up here
Golf Cart Drivers
Shifts are needed for golf cart drivers throughout the meeting. Volunteers will also need to attend a training session at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, April 10. Sign up here
