Here is a suggested service for welcoming spring or celebrating the change from spring into summer. It was inspired by personal observations during a Mothers’ Day canoe paddle in Northwest Wisconsin. The nature observations involved would occur earlier in the southern part of the state.
Feel free to use this as a service. If your church has multiple hand-held microphones, it’s meaningful to have people reading the many scripture verses from various points around the sanctuary.
