The Wisconsin Conference Coaching Initiative is conducting a survey to explore the interest among ministers and lay leaders in being coached or becoming a coach. This initiative aims to support personal and leadership development within our community, providing opportunities for growth, mentorship and collaboration. The Coaching Initiative also is considering development of a course that would provide basic coaching training.
