Make Annual Meeting a Success as a Volunteer or Exhibitor

The 2025 Annual Meeting of the Wisconsin Conference is just eight weeks away, and we’re asking for your help to ensure its success. Annual Meeting will take place Friday, June 6, and Saturday, June 7, at Green Lake Conference Center. Register to attend Annual Meeting.

Volunteers are the heartbeat of Annual Meeting. Our most urgent needs are for hospitality volunteers and ushers.

Hospitality volunteers greet people as they arrive and direct them to the registration table, meeting rooms and other areas at Green Lake Conference Center. Time slots are available on Friday and Saturday.

Volunteer ushers are needed in Pillsbury Hall during General Sessions on Friday and Saturday. Ushers help seat attendees, answer questions, and give directions. If you volunteer to be an usher, we also ask that you attend a training session. Email meeting coordinator Jaime Craig if you have questions about volunteering.

We also have slots available for exhibitors. Annual Meeting is a great chance to get your company or organization in front of an audience of 350 or so clergy and lay leaders. Past exhibits have included custom clergy stoles, books, liturgical artwork, educational materials, jewelry, faith-based retirement communities, outdoor ministries, and Conference work groups like the Creation Care Team. The meeting schedule provides ample time for attendees to peruse the exhibits during breaks, and the traditional Friday-night reception will take place in the Exhibit Hall. Questions? Email the Rev. Phil Schneider.

Register now to be an exhibitor.

We look forward to seeing you at Annual Meeting 2025.

In faith, The Annual Meeting Team
