Our mission is to enhance the ministry of Wisconsin Conference congregations by providing educational materials focused on aging, and the needs and gifts of older adults.
Older adults (65+) are VITAL to the life and health of our congregations and communities. Our Wisconsin Conference’s Older Adult Ministries task group provides opportunities for learning, growth, and service to the church and community by offering resources to congregations for developing programs designed to strengthen the physical, social, and cognitive well-being of older adults, and to honor their journeys through recognition and ritual observances. Congregations are also offered resources for those caring for older adults contending with physical or cognitive decline, including opportunities for caregivers and care recipients to share meaningful social and spiritual engagement.
